This 06+ Elbow includes the port for the factory Air temp sensor , not the valve cover breather.
This contaminates the intake stream with oil vapor. We typically install a valve cover breather on the valve cover .
It's a direct replacement. Be sure to order either 2000-2005 or 2006-2009 as they are different. If you have questions just ask!
It comes with black silicone connectors to fit your OEM throttle body or aftermarket ( Upto 76mm).
Use either OEM Filter or K+N replacement ( Part # E-2435 )
